How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped from our Mineola, NY warehouse within 1-2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day. If an order requires communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone).
Delivery Signature Options At Checkout
Orders under $500
- To mitigate risk of theft we recommend requiring a signature on delivery. By selecting 'No signature on delivery' you assume all liability for missing or stolen packages.
Orders over $500
- Require a signature at delivery.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order ships, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case).
If you’ve created a customer account, you can also log in to your account at any time to view all your order details, including tracking information.
Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for items that have been lost or stolen.
Do you ship internationally or to APOs/FPOs?
International shipping is not available at this time.
