How do I get in touch with the customer service department?

Where can I find your privacy policies?
We know that protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to you and we value protecting your personal information at Fox's.  For more information about how we protect your privacy, please click on the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of this page.

How do I know my credit card information is being safely handled?
Ordering from Fox's online is safe and secure.  All transactions will be on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology.  Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds.  For your own safety, please do not ever use e-mail to send us your credit card information!  Use the secure ordering process instead.

Ordering

Do you sell product online?
Yes, we offer an assortment of apparel and accessories.  Gift cards are also available for purchase online and will be shipped to you however at this time they are only available for in store purchases.

How will I know my order was processed/what the status is?
When you place an order with Fox's, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
Once the order ships you will receive another e-mail with tracking information.

Do you charge sales tax?
Fox's collects the appropriate sales tax for each county in the state of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, Georgia and Florida on all orders shipped.

Do you backorder items?
We do not currently allow for backorders.

Shipping

How quickly will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be processed within 24 to 72 hours of the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Do you ship internationally or to APOs/FPOs?
International shipping is not available at this time.

I ordered my items with Express shipping - when will it ship?
Express Orders will be shipped the same day if placed, processed and finalized by 12:00pm, Eastern Standard Time on a business day.

How much are the shipping charges?
All orders over $75 will ship for Free via USPS.  Free Shipping to any FOX’S store location is also available with no minimum purchase required. Customer will be contacted once their ordered is received at their store of choice for customer pick up.

Orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 and will ship USPS First Class or Priority.  If you choose USPS Express a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 will be charged. 

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for items that have been lost or stolen.

 

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.foxs.com, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery.  Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees when shipping back to foxs.com, in-store returns are free. 

Should you choose to return back to foxs.com, send us an e-mail at weborders@foxs.com.  In the e-mail include your order # and item(s) you would like to return along with the reason for return.  If you are requesting a USPS return shipping label from us please know that return label fees are based on approx. weight of item/s being returned.  The return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.  Return labels are e-mailed to you within 48-72 hours from your request during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST except on Holidays.

Please note, you are not required to use our return labels.  You may purchase your own label from USPS, UPS, FedEx or any carrier you choose.  Returns should be mailed back to the below address.

All items must be in original purchased condition, unworn and with tags attached.  Please be sure to include your original invoice in the box and initial next to each style returning. 

Once the items are received back in our warehouse you will be credited the amount of your return item(s) within 5 business days from receipt of goods.  The return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Items such as Gift Cards, custom or monogrammed items, bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable.  

Online purchases may also be returned to your nearest store location within 14 days of delivery.  Merchandise must be unworn with original Fox's tags attached and accompanied by Fox's invoice.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a store credit is requested which is only valid for in-store use.  Items such as Gift Cards, custom or monogrammed items, bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable. Valid photo identification is required. 

Please be aware that items bought from www.foxs.com are not eligible for price adjustments.
