If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.foxs.com, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees when shipping back to foxs.com, in-store returns are free. For purchases made in any one of our FOX'S store locations, items may be returned within 3 days of purchase.
Should you choose to return to foxs.com, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the e-mail include your order # and item(s) you would like to return along with the reason for return. If you are requesting a USPS return shipping label from us please know that return label fees are based on approx. weight of item/s being returned. The return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund. Return labels are e-mailed to you within 24-72 hours from your request during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST except on Holidays.
Please note, you are not required to use our return labels. You may purchase your own label from USPS, UPS, FedEx or any carrier you choose. Returns should be mailed back to the below address:

All items must be in original purchased condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please be sure to include your original invoice in the box and initial next to each style returning.
Once the items are received back in our warehouse you will be credited the amount of your return item(s) usually within 5-10 business days from receipt of goods. Financial institutions typically take another 3-7 days to credit your account. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund (if label is purchased from FOXS.COM). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items such as Gift Cards, custom or monogrammed items, bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable.
Online purchases may also be returned to your nearest store location within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn with original Fox's tags attached and accompanied by Fox's invoice. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a store credit is requested which is only valid for in-store use. Items such as Gift Cards, custom or monogrammed items, bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable. Valid photo identification is required.
Please be aware that items bought from www.foxs.com are not eligible for price adjustments.
Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not available for online orders.
Items purchased in-store cannot be returned to FOXS.COM
Once the carriers have hold of the package FOX'S is not responsible for items that have been lost or stolen.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns & Purchases
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:
- An irregular or excessive returns history or history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items.
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing".
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse service to a customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
